  2. Damaged or Spoiled Products
    In the event of a damaged or spoiled product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Quality is important to us, and we will investigate the issue. If the damage or spoilage is verified, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a refund for the affected item.

Return and Refund Process

  • Submit Evidence: Please provide clear photographs of the incorrect product or evidence of damage or spoilage to assist us in our assessment.

  • Resolution: Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process your replacement or refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

Important Note
We can only accept returns or complaints received within 24 hours of receiving your order and for the reasons specified above. Returns or complaints received outside of this window cannot be accommodated, as this helps us maintain our quality standards and provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 3 hours of placing it. Simply contact our customer support team via phone or email to request the cancellation. If the cancellation request is made within this 3-hour window, we will process a full refund.

If the cancellation request is made after 3 hours, the order may have already entered processing for preparation and shipment, and we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, our standard return and refund policy will apply once the order is delivered to you.
